专利视角下的陕西科技创新能力分析

摘要

In this paper,based on Bibliometrics,Shaanxi domestic patent development for nearly 20 years has been ana-lyzed. The development trend and the distribution of patents have been obtained,which can provide scientific advice to the city scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading in Shaanxi Province.%通过文献计量学对陕西近20年的国内专利发展情况进行统计分析，把握专利的分布情况和发展趋势，为陕西省城市科技创新和产业升级提供科学建议。
