基于模糊语言信息的多属性群决策方法及应用

摘要

The paper brought out a new multi-attribute group decision-making method.The characteristic of this method is using fuzzy evaluation information to evaluate attribute,using maximal deviation principle to determine attribute weights, using cluster analysis method to determine decision-making expert’ s weights.Finally,the integrated attribute assessment value of each program is calculated by uncertain expansion order weighting average operator.An example is carried out to illustrate the validity of the proposed model,which provides a feasible method for multi-attribute group decision-making problem.%针对多属性决策中属性难以定量描述的情况，提出一种应用模糊语言信息标度属性值的新方法。该方法运用模糊语言信息评价属性，运用离差最大化原则确定属性权重，运用聚类分析法确定决策专家自身权重，并通过不确定拓展有序加权平均（）算子计算各方案的综合属性评估值。算例表明该模型的合理性和有效性，是一种解决多属性群决策问题的有效方法。
