产业技术创新战略联盟治理结构、机制与问题--以汽车轻量化产业技术创新战略联盟为例

摘要

以汽车轻量化产业技术创新战略联盟为研究对象，结合实地调研结果，从网络的视角切入，对其治理结构和机制进行分析，指出治理过程中存在的问题。在此基础上，构建一个动态网络治理新模式，为产业技术创新战略联盟的持续改进和发展提供一个系统和全面的视角。%This paper took the auto lightweight industry technology innovation strategic alliance as the research ob-ject.Combining with field survey,the author analyzed the governance structure and mechanism from the perspective of net-work,and pointed the problems occurring in the process of governance. On this basis,the author built a new dynamic net-work governance mode,providing a systematic and comprehensive perspective for the continuous improvement and develop-ment of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance.
