区域创新体系视角下的科技创新能力评价研究--以东莞为例

摘要

In this paper,a set of indicator system is established to evaluate scientific innovation ability from the perspective of regional innovation system. It chooses prefecture cities as study subjects and finishes the calculation on the indicator sys-tem. According to calculation result,this paper analyzes science and technology development situation of Dongguan City from the year 2007 to 2012. It also makes comparison with another eight cities of Pearl River Delta. The analysis and con-clusion will finally help governmental administrative department in making relative policies.%从区域创新体系视角出发，将地级市作为研究对象，构建反映区域科技发展和创新能力的评价指标体系。以东莞为实例，通过对评价指标体系的测算，重点分析东莞2007-2012年科技创新发展历程以及对比分析2012年珠三角九市的科技创新综合实力，为政府科技管理部门决策提供依据。
