区域知识产权竞争力：内涵、要素及形成机理研究

区域知识产权竞争力是知识经济时代区域经济发展研究的一个全新、重要而又迫切的课题，明晰区域知识产权竞争力内涵对于实施知识产权战略具有重要意义。从法学、管理学等多角度入手分析区域知识产权竞争力的内涵，阐述以知识产权开发能力、产出能力、运营能力以及保护和管理能力为单元的构成要素，探析以竞争效能与竞争效率相统一、区域知识产权与区域经济协调发展为目标的知识产权竞争力系统的运行机理。%Intellectual property competitiveness is a new,important and urgent problem to the regional economical develop-ment in the age of knowledge economy. Clear conception of the intellectual property competitiveness is very important for us to make regional intellectual property strategic management.
