运用三螺旋理论,以中国在美国专利商标局(USPTO)获得授权的专利数据为依据,从时间序列和行业领域两个维度对中国大学、企业和政府在协同创新中的互动关系进行测定。研究发现:我国较为稳定的官产学协同创新体系已初步形成,但近几年创新体系的自组织性有所下降;企业在创新中表现活跃,政府参与程度不高;电子电气和计算机通信领域所获专利数量最多,但官产学合作关系相对松散。%Using triple helix theory,on the basis of patents which are obtained by Chinese researchers from USPTO,the paper measures the interactive relationship of university -industry -government in collaborative innovation from two dimen-sions of time series and industry field.The study finds that the stable collaborative innovation system of university industry and government has been shaped.However in recent years,the self -organizing of system has a downward trend.Compa-nies are active in innovation,but governments are not active in participation.The industry field of E&E and C&C obtains the most patents,but the relationship of university -industry -government is loose relatively.
