融资租赁在我国合同能源管理中应用存在的问题研究

摘要

Finance leasing carries the feature that “financial matter is financing”,which can solve the financing problem of Energy Management Contract.But in practice,the application of finance leasing in Energy Management Contract is failed to promote widely.This paper analyzes the existing application model and present situation of finance leasing in Energy Management Contract,combines theoretical theory and practical experience to find out problems and gives countermeasures.%融资租赁“融物即融资”的特征在解决融资难问题上与合同能源管理有着天然的契合性，实践中融资租赁在合同能源管理中的应用却未受到广泛推广。通过分析融资租赁在合同能源管理中已有的应用模式，研究其应用现状，用理论结合实际的方法，找出融资租赁在合同能源管理中应用存在的问题并给予建议对策。
