关系嵌入性、组织间学习能力与技术创新绩效关系研究

摘要

针对中小企业技术创新难题，从技术联盟网络嵌入性的视角出发，构建不同网络关系嵌入主体对中小企业技术创新绩效影响的概念模型，探讨了不同关系嵌入主体、组织间学习能力和技术创新绩效的内在关系和影响机理，并利用239份中小企业有效样本数据进行实证分析。结果表明：商业网络关系嵌入、技术网络关系嵌入和政府网络关系嵌入均对技术创新绩效产生了显著的正向影响；组织间学习能力在商业网络关系嵌入、政府网络关系嵌入与技术创新绩效间起到完全中介的作用，而在技术网络关系嵌入与技术创新绩效间起到部分中介的作用。%For the problem of SMEs technological innovation,this paper constructs the concept model involving different bodies of network relational embeddedness,inter -organizational learning capability and SMEs technological innovation per-formance from the perspective of network embeddedness of technology alliance,and the relationship and mechanism among them is explored.Then the sample data from 239 companies are used to do an empirical research.The results show that business network relational embeddedness,technology network relational embeddedness and political network relational em-beddedness all have significant positive effect on technical innovation performance.Inter -organizational learning capability plays a complete intermediate role between business network relational embeddedness/political network relational embed-dedness and technological innovation performance,but plays an incomplete intermediate role between technology network relational embeddedness and technological innovation performance.
