本土管理学知行差距研究的回顾与展望

摘要

The gap between management theory and practice is an important part of meta -management research,and also is a practical problem in management practice.Based on the research on the gap,this paper adopts the co -word analysis to summarize some main results.Finally,the future development of gap between management theory and practice research is discussed.%以现有关于我国管理学知行差距的研究为基础，通过对文献进行分类并进行关键词的共词分析，总结我国管理学知行差距主要研究成果。基于此，对我国管理学知行差距研究提出思考与展望。
