资源型县域绿色矿业评价研究--以河南嵩县为例

摘要

从可持续发展的视角出发，在总结前人研究成果的基础上，总结归纳资源型县域的绿色矿业综合评价指标体系。并运用 AHP －EM－TOPSIS 集成评价方法对我国河南嵩县2006－2011年绿色矿业建设情况进行综合评价。评价结果表明，当前嵩县的绿色矿业仍处于中等水平，还有较大的发展空间，应当充分发挥资源优势，将其转化为经济优势，完善绿色矿业体系，实现资源、环境、经济和社会的协调发展。%From the perspective of sustainable development,and based on previous research,this paper establishes the e-valuation system of green mining industry for the resource -based county.And then it employs the integrated evaluating method of AHP -EM-TOPSIS to assess the situation of green mining industry in Songxian Country from 2006 to 2011.The result shows that,the green mining industry in Songxian Country went up steadily on the whole,despite some tiny ups and downs during this period.The resource -based county should take advantage of the abundant resources,and push the de-velopment with it,leading to the development of green mining industry and the coordination of resources,environment econ-omy and society.
