In the context of world multi -polarization and economy globalization,the competition of global talents have some new trends that the strategic importance of talent is rising;the shortage of talent is normal;the international mobility of talent is accelerating and the competition of talent is super heating.To get the edge of global talent competition in future, we must take a international,market and legal driven policies with a global and opening view,provide more development opportunities for talents,innovate the systems and institute of talent ,and develop a liveable vibrant and happy environ-ment.%世界多极化、经济全球化背景下全球人才竞争呈现人才的战略重要性日益突出、人才短缺常态化趋势明显、人才流动国际化进程加快、人才竞争白热化程度加剧等新的特点，这对我国参与全球人才竞争产生一系列的影响。面对未来发展，我国参与全球人才竞争，必须以全球的视野、开发的策略，必须坚持国际化、市场化、法治化取向，必须提供具有竞争力的发展机会，必须加快人才制度创新，必须提供宜居、活力、幸福的发展环境。
