The construction industry is usually recognized as a traditional and non -innovative industry,and the manage-ment of construction innovation is facing a lot of challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically study the critical success factor of construction innovation.This paper identifies 20 critical success factors for construction innovation by liter-ature review and expert interview,and hierarchically analyzes the identified critical success factors of construction innova-tion by using Integrated Structural Modeling (ISM).By doing this,this paper presents structural clarity and establishes a hierarchical order for prioritization and consequent action for the decision -making.The findings suggest that intensive ef-fort should focus on the root source of CSFs in order to get the maximum results from the minimum inputs.%通过文献综述及专家访谈,识别出20个建设工程创新的关键成功因素,运用解释结构模型,对识别出的关键成功因素进行结构层次分析,为建设工程创新管理提供清晰可靠的决策依据。建议管理者需着重管理建设工程创新关键成功因素的根源因素,以最少的投入获得最大的收益。
