我国农业技术推广扩散作用机理及改进策略

摘要

Based on the supply of agricultural technology extension,this paper analyzed the diffusion process and internal mechanism of agricultural technology extension in China from the aspects of the object,subject,mode and law.The agricultural technology extension system was developed based on the two main subjects of agricultural technology supply and acceptance.Furthermore,the diffusion system of agricultural technology extension,which was composed of the producer,the research unit and the extension department,was constructed in order to search the optimal diffusion path and improvement strategy.Finally,recommendations were putted forward to promote the effective promotion of agricultural technology.%基于农业技术推广的需求,从推广的对象、主体、模式和规律角度分析我国农业技术推广扩散过程与内在作用机理,建立基于农业技术供给和接受两大主体的农业技术推广扩散系统;进一步构建由生产者、研究单位和推广部门组成基于需求导向的农业技术推广扩散体系,探寻最佳的农业技术推广扩散路径及改进策略;并提出促进我国农业技术有效推广的政策建议.
