The regional innovation,industrial structure optimization and transformation of economic growth pattern were put into the framework of regional economic research in this article,and the author divided the innovation into local innovation and that of the surrounding areas,using the panel data of China's 30 regions during 2005-2014,along with the combination of the mediation effect model and spatial econometric model.A discussion has been put forward about the indirect effects resulted from innovation,the industrial structure optimization and the economic growth mode transformation.The research results show that regional innovation is the key factor to promote the regional economic growth mode transformation in China;the industrial structure optimization is the transmission link between innovation and the economic growth mode transformation;the contribution of rationalization is greater than optimization in the industrial structure.Meanwhile,there is a strong spatial correlation among the intensive level of China's regional economic growth,so it is significant to break the regional barriers and also to strengthen regional exchanges and cooperation especially in the adjacent neighborhood regions so as to promote a balanced development among those areas.%将区域创新、产业结构优化和经济增长方式转变三者纳入区域经济研究框架下,把创新分为本地创新和周边地区创新,利用2005-2014年中国30个省(区、市)的面板数据,结合中介效应模型和空间计量模型,探讨地区创新通过促进产业结构优化进而使得经济增长方式转变的间接效应.研究结果表明:地区创新能力是促进区域经济增长方式转变的关键因素,产业结构优化是创新和经济增长方式转变的中间传导环节,其中产业结构合理化对经济增长方式转变的贡献更大;同时区域经济增长的集约化水平存在较强的空间相关关系.打破区域壁垒,加强区域间尤其是邻近地区的交流与合作,对于推动区域协调发展具有重要意义.
