As consumers' demand for low carbon products is growing,we develop a game model with price-and-carbon-emission dependent demand between a dominant manufacturer and a retailer.Under the centralized and decentralized scenarios,we present two parties' optimal strategies and find some factors that influence two parties' strategies.We also propose a coordination contract that can improve profits of both sides and realize the perfect coordination of both sides,but the most important is it can also cut carbon emissions.Finally we vahdate the effectiveness and environmental of the contracts through numerical examples.%针对由单制造商和单零售商组成的两层供应链系统,在需求受价格和碳排放影响下研究分散决策和集中决策模式下双方的最优策略,揭示影响两方策略的因素,并提出能够降低碳排放水平、实现整体利润最优及双方Pareto改善的协调契约.最后通过算例分析,验证所设计的协调契约对整体协调和碳减排的有效性,并给出参数的灵敏性分析.
