所有制类型与创新能力差异的测度比较——基于中国汽车零部件及配件制造业上市公司的微观数据

摘要

针对部分学者认为国有企业创新能力最低的判断,在探讨国有企业范围的界定、剖析其他学者论证过程与其研究结论的关系、重新探讨“经济人”这一前置假设之后,选取2007-2015年中国汽车零部件及配件制造业这一竞争性行业中的微观企业数据,使用Malmquist Index对比分析国有企业和私有企业上市公司的创新情况,样本测算结果表明,整体上国企比私企的创新能力反而更高,细分企业对比也是各有千秋,但国有企业更胜一筹,认为产权属性未必必然导致创新能力优劣.%Some scholars believe that the innovation ability of state-owned enterprise is the lowest.This paper discusses the definition of state-owned enterprises,analyzes other scholars' process of argumentation and its conclusion and even explores afresh the hypothesis of "economic man".It selects the micro data of Chinese auto parts and accessories manufacturing in competitive industries from 2007 to 2015,contrasts and analyzes the innovation of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises listed companies by use of the Malmquist Index.The result shows that the overall innovation ability of state-owned enterprises is higher instead than private enterprises and each subdivided enterprise has its strong point but the former even better.At last we think that property-rights may not necessarily lead to the performance of innovation ability.
