基于云模型的电力企业技术创新能力评价研究

摘要

This paper establishes a set of index evaluation system of electric enterprise's technology innovation capability by screening and analyzing the innovatioo ability evaluation index of electric enterprise on the basis of technological innovation capability of electric enterprises and their characteristics.And then,according to the evaluation index system,for the first time the paper proposes that cloud model is used to evaluate technology innovation capability,analyze and judge the model in an objective way.Finally,from case analysis,this paper gets an evaluation result to enterprises' innovation ability,proves the correctness of cloud model,and proposes some measures to increase the technology innovation capability of electric enterprise.%以电力企业的技术创新能力为基础并根据其特点,通过对电力企业技术创新能力评价指标的筛选和分析,建立一套能源电力企业技术创新能力综合评价指标体系,然后根据评价指标体系,首次利用云模型在电力企业技术能力评价上,构建技术创新能力综合评价模型,对其进行客观的分析和判断,最后,通过实例分析,得出企业创新能力水平的评价结果并进行分析,证明该模型的正确性,提出提高电力企业技术创新能力的措施.
