关于国防知识产权的若干思考

摘要

梳理研究国防知识产权的概念及特征,分析我国国防知识产权工作发展及面临的制约因素,提出在新的形势下,国防知识产权工作应当同武器装备创新发展和中国特色先进国防科技工业体系建设紧密结合,通过突破重点带动整体发展.%This paper studies the concept and characteristics of national defense intellectual property rights,analyzes the development of national defense intellectual property rights in China and the restrictive factors it faces,and puts forward that,under the new situation,the development of national defense intellectual property should be closely integrated with the innovation of weapons and equipment,as well as the construction of advanced national defense science and technology in-dustry system with Chinese characteristics,and should promote the overall development through focusing on important tasks.
