微波辅助水相合成二氧化钛及其催化活性研究①

         

摘要

以四氯化钛为原料,采用微波辅助溶胶-凝胶法在水相中制备二氧化钛,用XRD、TEM对所制得的二氧化钛的性质进行表征。用15W紫外灯作为光源,以甲基橙为模拟污染物进行光催化降解实验,探讨不同反应温度和反应时间得到的二氧化钛光催化效果。实验结果表明在120℃、30min的条件下制备的二氧化钛光催化活性最高。并利用液质联用技术对降解反应机理进行了研究。%Titanium dioxide particles were prepared from titanium tetrachloride at water phase.The sol-gel method supplemented with microwave radiation was adopted.The structure and morphology of the materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope. The photocatalytic performance of prepared TiO2 samples was studied using UV light as illumination device and methyl orange as simulative pollutant.The photocatalytic degradation of the catalysts prepared at different microwave radiating time and temperature was discussed.The results indicate that TiO2 prepared at 120℃and 30 min has high photocatalytic activity.The mechanism of degradation was discussed by LC-MS.
