废树脂自沉降体积计量工艺研究

摘要

Based on principle of simplicity、reliable and less maintenance,a kind of volume measurement process was designed before cement solidification.Using density difference between the resin and water,the resin completed accurate measurement in the tank.Establishing test device,changing the operating process conditions,such as settlement way,Unicom pipe diameter,hydrating and exhaust environment and so on,the effect of resin measurement was tested,that meet the requirement of radioactive waste resin engineering application.%基于简约、可靠、检修少原则，设计了一种放射性废树脂水泥固化处理前的体积计量工艺，利用树脂与水的密度差，靠树脂自重在计量料槽内实现准确计量。建立试验装置，通过改变操作工艺条件，如沉降搅拌方式、连通管径、补水和排气环境等，试验了树脂计量效果，满足放射性废物树脂计量工程应用要求。
