《定量遥感综合服务平台关键技术》2014年度技术总结报告

         

摘要

“定量遥感综合服务平台关键技术研究”是国家863项目“星机地综合定量遥感系统与应用示范(一期)”中的第十一课题,课题的目标是研发遥感网遥感应用资源(遥感数据、信息产品、模型算法及波谱库)的集成和平台服务技术,以支持专题信息产品生产(全球林业定量遥感专题产品,全球多尺度农情定量遥感专题产品,全球矿产资源与能源定量遥感专题产品,区域河流水资源定量遥感专题产品,全球生态环境遥感监测与诊断专题产品)所需的共性产品,并对共性产品和专题产品进行汇集发布。面向部委、专业用户、大众用户,提供分散遥感应用资源的虚拟化集成、流程化运行服务及按需交互式产品生产服务。该报告中的接口方案与测试程序研究对于实现接口与关键技术模块的集成及建立定量遥感服务平台框架系统具有重要的作用,也为项目二期综合定量遥感产品服务及运营系统的研建奠定坚实的基础。%The study of “key techniques of quantitative remote sensing and integrated service platform” is the eleventh research subject in National '863' program “satelite-aircraft-earth integrated quantitative remote sensing system and application demonstration (first phase)”. This topic aims to develop the techniques of integrating and service platform for remote sensing application resources (remote sensing data, information products, model algorithmic and spectral library), serving as the common product to support the creation of thematic information products (thematic product of quantitative remote sensing of global forestry, thematic product of quantitative remote sensing of multi-scale agricultural condition, thematic product of quantitative remote sensing of global Mineral resources and energy, thematic product of quantitative remote sensing of regional river water resources, thematic product of remote sensing monitoring and diagnosis of global ecological environment), colecting and publishing the common products and thematic products. It provides services of virtualized integration scattered resources of remote sensing application, flow operation and generation of on-demand interactive products for ministries and commissions, professional users and public users. The efforts for the development of interface scheme and test program in this project report are critical for the integration of interface and key technology module, and the building of the framework system for quantitative remote sensing service platform, also offer a solid foundation for the establishment of integrated quantitative remote sensing products and operation system.
