建设生态文明关注生态影响评价

摘要

Building ecological civilization has been the national policy.Correspondingly,ecological impact assessment has been the necessary work besides environmental impact assessment in the process of the development of many construction projects.However,the basic contents of ecological current situation assessment,ecological impact forecast and ecological protection are not clear for many persons,so that making some confusion in the theory and practice.Therefore,the importance and the important contents of the ecological impact assessment are analyzed,and the difference between ecological impact assessment and environment impact assessment is discussed.%建设生态文明已经成为我国的国策。相应地，在规划及开发建设项目评价过程中，现已不仅需要进行环境影响评价，还要进行生态影响评价。但是，目前很多人对生态现状评价、生态影响预测与生态防护的基本内涵弄不清楚，导致在理论与实际工作中常出现混乱现象。因此该文分析了生态影响评价的重要性及重点内容，并比较分析了生态影响评价与环境影响评价的异同。
