In this paper, the application of SIEMENS inverter MM440 in the control system of paper cutter is introduced. By using inverter to control the rotational speed of motor, the system enhances the precision of paper-cutting.%文章介绍了西门子变频器MM440在切纸机控制系统中的应用，通过变频器控制电机的转速，来提高切纸的精度。
