西藏高校图书馆社会化服务制约因素与策略研究

摘要

This paper respectively analyzes the constraints of the social service of university Libraries in TAR from the two aspects of external and internal factors,and puts forward some corresponding solutions from the state education department,the university libraries in TAR and inter-library service in order to provide reference for the social service of university libraries in TAR.%从外因和内因两方面分析了西藏高校图书馆社会化服务的制约因素，从国家教育部门、西藏自治区各高校图书馆自身以及图书馆之间，提出了相应的解决策略，以期为西藏高校图书馆的社会化服务提供参考。
