公共图书馆服务“三农”的实践与思考

中国作为一个农业大国，农业、农村及农民问题对于我国经济改革、法制体现、格局发展都有着深远的意义。阐述了公共图书馆服务“三农”的背景和意义，探讨了公共图书馆服务“三农”中存在的问题，提出了公共图书馆服务“三农”的策略。%China is a great agricultural country. The issues of agriculture, rural areas and farmers have profound significance for China’s economic reform, legal institution embodiment and pattern development. This paper expounds the background and significance of public library’s service for agriculture, rural areas and farmers, probes into some problems existing in public library’s service for agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and puts forward the strategies for public library to provide the service for agriculture, rural areas and farmers.
