提高高校图书馆纸质期刊利用率的探讨

分析了高校图书馆纸质期刊资源利用率呈下降趋势的原因，并从期刊征订应遵循的3条原则出发，探讨了如何提高高校图书馆期刊资源利用率的问题。%This paper analyzes the causes why the utilization rate of the paper journal resources in university library has trended down, and from the three principles that should be followed in journal subscription, probes into the problem of how to improve the utilization rate of university library’s paper journal resources.
