开放存取是一种在网络环境中发展起来的全新的出版模式和学术交流机制.经过多年发展,对于开放存取资源的研究逐年增加.然而,国内对于开放存取的研究重点主要停留在其概念、内容和建设上. 随着对于开放存取资源的建设和利用都有了一定的进步,开放存取资源的知识产权问题逐渐成为制约其发展的重要因素. 无论是在开放仓储还是在OA期刊的出版领域,如何在网络环境下,解决开放存取和知识产权保护之间的矛盾将成为重要课题.因而有必要对近5年来对于开放存取与知识产权问题的论文进行梳理,总结我国对于这一问题的研究重点和不足,以期对于开放存取的知识产权问题的研究起到一定作用.%OA is a kind of new publication mode and academic communication mechanism developed in the network environment. After many years' development,the study on OA resources is increasing year by year. However, the OA study in China focus primarily on the concept, content and construction of OA.As for the construction and utilization of open access resources have made some progress, the problem of intellectual property of OA resources has become an important factor restricting its development. Whether in open storage or in the OA journal publishing field, how to solve the contradiction between OA and protection of intellectual property rights in the network environment will become an important subject. So it is necessary to review the papers of the past 5 years about OA and intellectual property and to summarize the emphases and shortages of China's study on this problem in order to lay a role for the research on OA and intellectual property.
