阐述了高职院校图书馆人才信息化建设的必要性，分析了高职院校图书馆人员现状，提出了高职院校图书馆人才信息化建设路径。%This paper expounds the necessity of personnel information construction in the library of higher vocational college, analyzes the current status of the librarians in the library of higher vocational college, and puts forward some paths for the personnel information construction in the library of higher vocational college.
