模糊评价法在EPC模式工程项目风险评估中的应用

摘要

This paper aiming at the characteristics of risk management of the EPC mode project expounds the application of fuzzy evaluation method in prophase project risk rank evaluation and unforeseeable fee estimation.That makes risk problems easier to be quantitative described and be convenient for makers to make a decision through the analysis of the intuitive data.%文章针对EPC模式工程项目风险管理的特点,举例阐述了模糊评价法在前期工程项目风险等级分析评估、估算不可预见费中的应用,使工程中难定量描述的风险问题定量化,方便决策者通过分析直观的数据中作出决策。
