株洲市“两型”社会建设阶段性成果及推进突破口

In 2011,the development of the construction of two-oriented society has entered into acceleration time.By analyzing the great achievement in the initial stage of the construction of two-oriented society in Zhuzhou,it is found that the breakthrough point of pushing on the construction lies in the integration of urban and rural areas,high end oriented industry,the economizing and intensity of land utilization,the linkage of institutional and mechanical reform,and the actualization of policy.%到2011年,株洲市＂两型＂社会建设进入加速发展阶段。通过分析株洲市＂两型＂社会建设起步阶段的巨大成就,探索了株洲市＂两型＂社会建设纵深推进的突破口在于＂两型＂社会建设城乡一体化、＂两型＂产业高端化、土地利用节约集约化、体制机制改革联动化、政策实际化。
