关于高校行政管理创新的思考

In the new period, the new college education system was innovated continuous deeply. The administrative management must be innova- ted, because it＇s most important part of the college assist system. This paper describe the situation of the college administrative management, make some new suggestions for the college administrative management further develop.%新时期下,新的高校教育体制改革已经开始不断的深入,而作为高校重要辅助系统的行政管理,改革创新势在必行。从目前高校行政管理的现状,以创新的思路提出几点建议,促进高校行政管理的进一步发展。
