科技成果转化的科技金融支持机制及发展对策

摘要

分析了科技金融内涵及科技与金融结合机制，探讨了促进科技成果转化的科技金融支持机制，分析了科技金融支持科技成果转化过程中存在的问题，并从管理体制、行业协会的引领、风险管理机制、支撑服务体系的建设等方面提出了完善科技成果转化科技金融支持机制的对策建议。%Based on the analysis of the connotation of sci-tech finance and integration mechanism of sci--tech and finance, the supporting mechanism of sci-tech finance for sci--tech achievement transformation is discussed. Then the problems of sci--tech finance supporting for sci--tech a chievement transformation is proposed, followed with the presentation of development countermeasures in aspects of management system, guild, risk management mechanism as well as supporting systems.
