考虑投资主体利益的区域配电网储能系统经济性分析

摘要

以配电网公司为投资主体,针对储能电池应用于电网负荷侧,研究了利用电价差套利、减少电网扩容投资、保障用户可靠用电收益、环境效益以及政府补贴五个方面的经济价值,建立以年净收益最大为目标的电池储能系统价值评估函数.以上海某商业区实际日负荷数据为例,通过非劣遗传算法优化得到符合经济性最优的储能系统容量,对锂离子电池储能系统的经济价值进行分析.算例分析了储能系统潜在的应用价值,并给出了商业化推广的建议.%Taking distribution company as the investment subject, for the energy storage battery applied to the load side, five aspects regarding economic value of the system are analysed, including use of electricity price difference arbitrage, reduce power grid expansion investment, guarantee the user's reliability benefits, environmental benefits and government subsidies.Besides, The value evaluation function of battery energy storage system based on the maximum annual net profit is established.Taking the actual daily load data of a commercial district in Shanghai as an example, Energy storage system capacity meeting optical economical is evaluated by the genetic algorithm optimization.The result shows that the current battery has the potential application value, and some suggestions of the commercial promotion are given.
