供给侧改革背景下有色产业集群创新发展对策研究——以望城经开区有色产业集群为例

供给侧改革是我国当前经济发展的热点和重点.从制度供给、创新驱动、降低成本、接轨市场、精准集聚五个方面分析了有色产业供给侧改革要点.以望城经济技术开发区有色产业园为例,分析园区有色产业发展现状及存在不足,探讨供给侧改革背景下有色产业集群创新发展的对策建议.%Supply-side reform is the hotspot and focus of the current economic development in China.This paper analyzes the main points of the supply-side reform of non-ferrous industry from the institutional supply, innovation-driven, reduce costs, market integration, precision gathering.Taking the Non-ferrous industry Clusters of Wangcheng economic and technological development zone as a case study, this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of non-ferrous industry, and puts forward the countermeasures of the innovation and development of non-ferrous industry cluster under the background of supply-side reform.
