国内产业技术研究院典型发展模式分析

摘要

从组织形式，功能定位，管理体制，运行机制和收入来源等方面，研究分析国内区域产业技术研究院的发展模式，从中抽象和提炼出一些带规律性的内容，从主要功能和职责的角度，将国内区域产业技术研究院大致分为公共技术服务类、应用技术研发和成果转化类、竞争前技术研究类（基础研究类），分析这些典型模式的优缺点和适用面。加强激励机制建设、增强自身造血功能、鼓励技术入股、发展科技金融，对产业技术研究院的发展壮大具有重要意义。%From the aspects of organization form ,function orientation ,management system ,operation mechanism and income sources ,Research on the development model of regional industrial technology research institute in China.
