雷达发射机功率合成效率研究

摘要

The power synthesizer is an important part of the radar transmitter. The power combining efficiency　of the radar transmitter is analyzed by scatter parameter. Some factors effecting the power combining efficiency are　discussed, and the max efficiency and its condition are deduced. And the max efficiency and its condition are validated in the actual projection.%功率合成器是雷达发射机的重要组件.应用散射参数理论对雷达发射机大功率合成器的合成效率进行了计算推导,分析了影响合成效率的各种因素,推导出合成效率所能达到的最大值,给出最大合成效率的条件,并在工程实际中进行了验证.
