Ansys finite element analysis software was used to implement the calculation of static strength of the crankshaft and dynamic analysis . Thus obtaining characteristic frequency and the corresponding vibration mode. The results of the analysis provide theoretical basis for the design improvement and weight lighting of the cranksharft.
