基于Solidworks Motion的随车吊主要工作装置仿真

         

摘要

SolidWorks software is applied to set up the three-dimensional model about the main working equipment of the truck crane, and set up the simulating models of the main working equipment under the deploying, slinging and withdrawing condition according to the working equipment and the actual cylinder working time and theoretical travel by using software Solidworks Motion. The models are simulated under the three working conditions,and the simulation result is analyzed, which testifies to the rationality and correctness of the simulation.%利用Solidworks软件建立随车吊主要工作装置的三维实体模型,并以运动仿真平台Solidworks Motion为工具,依据主要工作装置和各液压缸的实际工作时间和理论行程,建立随车吊吊臂在展开、吊装作业和撤收三种工况下的仿真模型.在三种工况下进行了仿真,对仿真结果进行了分析,证明了运动仿真的合理性与正确性.
