基于CAN总线的农业车辆数据通信及存储系统设计

         

摘要

为了提高现代农业车辆数据通信的稳定性和实现数据可视化,提出了基于CAN总线的数据通信及存储系统设计方案.在该方案中,由3个STM32为核心处理器、PCA82C250为高速收发器的CAN节点构成数据通信系统,并通过在处理器上移植FAT16文件系统,实现对SD卡的可视化读写,实时记录各个节点采集到的数据.试验表明:在波特率为100 kBps和500kBps的情况下,3个CAN节点间网络畅通,数据通信正常.此外,文件系统在SD卡中创建的文本文档也记录了各节点采集到的数据,实现数据可视化.%In order to improve the stability of the modern agricultural vehicle data communications and realize data visualization, data communication and storage systems based on CAN bus is introduced. In this scheme, three STM32-core processors, PCA82C250 for high-speed transceiver CAN nodes constitute a data communication system , and by transplantation on the processor with the FAT16 file system, reading and writing SD card are visual, and real-time data is collected by each node. The experiments show that in the case of the baud rate of 100 kBps and 500 kBps, the three CAN nodes work smoothly, and data communication is normal. In addition, text document created by the file system on the SD card records the data collected by each node, and data vuulczation is realized.
