一种调度系统中高可靠性实时协议转换网关的设计与实现

         

摘要

针对调度系统中数据传输可靠性和分布式控制系统结构灵活性的要求,提出一种双板并行嵌入式协议转换网关的设计方法.双板软硬件完全相同,自由竞争工作角色,最先成功接入网络的转换板强制对方进入备用状态.发生故障时主板通过实时总线更新备板信息,并解除对备板的禁用信号.两转换板的工作角色相互转换.通过试验和产品应用表明转换板满足调度系统网络通信丢帧率误码率要求,故障跳转时间小于一个周期10 ms.%Order to meet the requirements of data transmission reliability in the scheduling system and the structural flexibility in distributed control system, a dual-board parallel design of embedded protocol conversion gateway is presented. Software and hardware of two control panels are identical. They compete freely in the job role. The conversion board of first access to network forces the other to enter the standby state. When failing the motherboard updates the other board information by real-time bus and lift the signal of banning on the other one. The job role of two boards is converted. Testing and product application show that the converter boards meet the requirements of network communication error rate and frame loss rate in scheduling system. Switching time is less than one cycle of 10 ms.
