双离子有机膨润土的微波辅助合成及吸附性能研究

             

摘要

以溴代十六烷基三甲胺和四甲基溴化铵为改性剂,采用微波辅助法对膨润土进行改性,制备了一种新型的双离子改性有机膨润土材料.通过红外光谱、X-射线衍射及扫描电镜对膨润土及有机膨润土进行了表征,结果表明有机膨润土层间距由1.41 nm增大为2.07 nm.研究了吸附时间、pH值初始浓度、温度等因素对亚甲基蓝吸附的影响.有机膨润土在25℃时最大量论吸附量为263 mg/g,最大理论吸附量随温度的增加而增加.用不同方程对等温吸附数据进行了拟合,结果表明Langmuir等温模型的拟合效果更好.%A kind of novel dual-cation organo-bentonite was prepared by modifying bentonite with cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide using the microwave assisted technique.The organo-bentonite was characterize by fourier transform infrared,X-ray diffraction and Scanning electron microscope measurements.The results showed that the basal spacing was increased significantly from1.41 nm to 2.07 nm.The adsorption performance of bentonite was studied for the removal of methylene blue.The effects of contact time,pH,initial concentration,and temperature were investigated.The adsorption experiments showed that the highest adsorption capacity was 263 mg/g and increased with the increase of temperature.The adsorption isotherm data were modeled using several models.Langmui isotherm model representes the adsorption equilibrium data better than the Freundlich isotherm model.
