闸首底板热学参数反演分析与温度场预测

         

摘要

The accurate thermal parameters of the mass concrete affect largely the precision of the temperature field and stress field simulation. The calculation parameters obtained by experimentation or experiential formulas are usually different from actual values of construction site. The untrue parameters have a negative impact to the precision simulation of concrete temperature field. Different parts of lock soleplate buried thermometer to get real time measurements values. Based on the temperature values, the parameters of concrete temperature field were back analyzed with complex method. The concrete temperature field in the next step of construction can be predicted by using the parameters we get. The lock soleplate example showed that the proposed method is feasible, and the results are reasonable.%大体积混凝土热学参数的准确性直接影响混凝土温度场、应力场仿真计算的成败.由试验或经验公式求得的混凝土温度场热学计算参数,往往和施工现场的实际参数有较大出入,给温度场仿真计算精度带来了不利影响.通过对闸首底板不同部位埋设温度计进行实时测量,通过实测数据进行仿真反演分析以获取混凝土的热学参数;把反演分析得到的热学参数进行温度场预测,用于指导下一步施工和养护措施.通过对某船闸底板热学参数反演的结果表明,此法是可行的.
