沙漠砂锂渣聚丙烯纤维混凝土抗冻融性能研究

             

摘要

The influence of polypropylene fiber, lithium slag and desert sand on the stability, strength and dynamic elastic modulus of concrete specimens under different freeze-thaw cycles was analyzed.The results showed that in 20% of the dosages of lithium slag, polypropylene fiber 1.5 kg/m3, desert sand replacement rate of 30%, desert sand lithium slag polypropylene fiber concrete antifreeze financial performance optimal, compared with frozen thawing 150 times baseline group test component quality and the cube compressive strength loss rate reduced 36.79% and 34.78% respectively.Considering the overall trend of the concrete stability, strength and dynamic modulus of elasticity, all factors are sorted into polypropylene fiber > lithium Slag > desert sand.%通过试验分析了在不同冻融循环次数下掺入聚丙烯纤维、锂渣和沙漠砂对混凝土试件稳定性、强度和动弹性模量的影响规律.结果表明:在锂渣掺量20%,聚丙烯纤维1.5 kg/m3,沙漠砂替代率30%时,沙漠砂锂渣聚丙烯纤维混凝土抗冻融性能表现最优,较冻融循环150次基准组试件质量和立方体抗压强度损失率分别降低36.79%和34.78%.综合考虑混凝土稳定性、强度和动弹性模量损失率整体趋势,各因素按影响程度排序为聚丙烯纤维>锂渣>沙漠砂.
