高地温引水隧洞支护混凝土过水试验及数值模拟研究

         

摘要

高地温引水隧洞通水时,围岩及支护混凝土的温度变化是制约隧洞稳定的重要因素.为了研究衬砌混凝土在隧洞运行期间受低温水流作用的温度场,进行了喷射混凝土过水试验和数值模拟研究.结果表明:不同温度工况下,混凝土温度场达到稳定状态所需的时间不同.初始温度越高,所需时间越长.在不同温度条件下,混凝土相对应部分的温度变化趋势基本一致;不同温度工况下,混凝土稳定后的温度值空间变化趋势一致;从表层到底层逐渐增高.研究成果为隧洞工程衬砌混凝土稳定性和强度研究提供重要参考.%When high geothermal water diversion tunnel water,the temperature change of the surrounding rock and supporting concrete is an important factor restricting the tunnel stability.In order to study the temperature field oflining concrete in the tunnel by the low temperature water flowing during operation, the water test of shotcrete and numerical simulation research are taken.The results show that under different temperature conditions, the time that the concrete temperature field reaches a steady state is different and the higher the initial temperature, the longer the time required;Under the condition of different temperatures, the temperature of the corresponding part concrete basically has the same change trend;Under the different temperature conditions, the concrete temperature changing trend after stability is consistent and increasing gradually from surface to the bottom.Research results provide important reference to the research on lining concrete stability and strength in the tunnel.
