PURPOSE: A concrete curing sheet is provided to prevent ignition and damages of a sheet using latent heat material and reduce the electrical cost. CONSTITUTION: A concrete curing sheet(100) comprises a finishing sheet part(110), an air sheet part(120), a heating wire sheet part(140), a latent heat material sheet part(150), and a base sheet part(160). The air sheet part is connected to the bottom of the finishing sheet part and has a plurality of air caps. The heating wire sheet part is connected to the bottom of the air sheet part and includes heating wires. The latent heat material sheet is connected to the bottom of the heating wire sheet part and includes latent material. The concrete curing system includes the concrete curing system and a control unit which controls the heating wire according to the operational time and temperature measured in the concrete curing sheet.
