游梁式抽油机自动调平衡机构设计与分析

         

摘要

Periodic inspection and timely adjustment of the balance of pumping unit is necessary to improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption of the beam pumping unit in production.A new mechanical automatic balance mechanism is put forward to solve the problems on the existing scheme of adjusting balance such as heavy load of screw, poor lubrication, clipping the sand, wax precipitation and corroding etc.Key locking mechanism is designed and its Lagrange motion differential equations are established.The mechanism uses gravity driven balance block.Through the balance detecting device can control an electromagnet to realize mechanism of unlocking, latch function to automatically adjust the beam balance of amusement.The study on the adjustment mechanism of the pumping unit is of great significance to improve the balance of the existing pumping unit, saving energy and reducing consumption, and increasing the service life of the pumping unit.%在油井生产过程中为提高游梁式抽油机采油效率、降低能耗,需要对抽油机的平衡状态进行定期检查并及时调整.针对现有游梁式抽油机机械调平衡方案存在的丝杠承受载荷大、润滑条件差、易卡砂、结蜡、腐蚀,等缺点,提出一种新的机械自平衡机构.设计了关键的锁紧机构,建立了锁紧机构的拉格朗日运动微分方程;该机构利用平衡块自身重力驱动,通过平衡检测装置控制电磁铁实现机构的解锁、落锁功能,达到自动调整游梁式抽游机平衡的目的.抽油机调平衡机构的研究对改善现有抽油机动平衡,节能降耗,增加使用寿命具有重大意义.
