三维荧光光谱法解析光电-Fenton降解印染废水有机物的过程

by the photoelectro-Fenton method .The results showed that the aromatic-like fluorescence peak , the visible fulvic-like acid fluorescence peak and the tryptophan-like fluorescence peak in the spectrum of raw dyeing wastewater showed a significant decrease in fluorescence intensity , and disappeared completely in 60 min, after photoelectro-Fenton treatment for 30 min.The humic-like acid is very difficult to treat , and its characteristic fluorescence peak disappears after 90 min.Especially , The COD of wastewater was consistent with the decreasing trend of fluores-cence intensity .The fluorescence regional integral standard volume is also changing , the integral standard volume in the most specific regional Ⅲincreased from 8888932.286 au· nm2 of raw wastewater to 11228985.07 au· nm2 after treatment for 30 min, it decreased to 9015566.765 au· nm2 after 60 min and 6016494.599 au· nm2 after 150 min.It followed the change law of increased first and then decreased overall , it is supposed that part of the polymer refractory contaminants is converted into small molecules in the treatment process .The regional integral standard volume composition represents the proportion of various types of organic matter in the effluent at the same time, in regionalⅠwith the same change trend as regional Ⅱit increased from the proportion of 0.1034 in raw wastewater to 0.1530 first, and then it decreased to 0.0765 after 150 min;while in area V it decreased from the proportion of 0.1201 in raw wastewater to 0.0985 after 90 min first, and then it increased to 0.1196 after 150 min.%采用三维荧光光谱技术结合荧光区域积分(FRI)法,研究光电-Fenton在处理印染废水过程中有机污染物的降解规律.结果表明,印染废水光谱图中芳香蛋白类物质荧光峰、可见区类富里酸荧光峰和类色氨酸荧光峰,经光电-Fenton处理30 min后,荧光强度有明显的降低;60 min后全部消失.类腐殖酸物质较难处理,90 min后其特征荧光峰才消失;且废水COD值与荧光峰强度下降趋势一致.荧光区域积分标准体积也在不断变化;最具特殊性质的区域Ⅲ,其积分标准体积由原水的8888932.286 au·nm2,经30 min处理后增长为11228985.07 au·nm2;60 min后却降为9015566.765 au·nm2,150 min后降到6016494.599 au·nm2,总体呈先增后降的变化规律,推测为部分高分子难降解污染物在处理过程中存在被转化为小分子物质的过程.区域积分标准体积组成代表同一时刻出水中各类有机物所占比例的情况,与区域Ⅱ具有相同变化趋势的区域Ⅰ由原水0.1034的占比先上升到0.1530;而后下降,150 min后降为0.0765;而区域Ⅴ则由原水中0.1201的占比先下降到90 min后的0.0985,而后增加,150 min后增加到0.1196.
