单管水平串联跨越式供暖系统中散热器的优化设计

         

摘要

目前供暖系统的供暖质量较差,散热器作为供暖系统的末端装置,其热效率较低,无法满足用户的要求.为此,设计了一种新的单管水平串联跨越式供暖系统.首先给出所设计的单管水平串联跨越式供暖系统图;依据热水密度、进出口中心距以及出水管中心和跨越管中心之间的距离求出散热器自然循环作用压力;依据跨越管回路与回路的阻抗计算散热器进流系数.最后确定所需散热器的片数,完成对散热器的优化设计.实验结果表明,多设计系统不仅供热量高,流通能力强,而且能耗低.%At present, the heating quality of the heating system is poor, the radiator as the end of the heating system, its thermal efficiency is low, can not meet the requirements of users.Therefore, the design of a new series of horizontal single pipe cross-over heating system.Firstly, the design of the single level series spanning between the hot water heating system;based on density, import and export center and the center distance and the outlet pipe across the distance from the center for natural circulation radiator pressure;on the basis of impedance across the tube loop and loop heat flow coefficient calculation.Finally, the number of required radiator is determined, and the optimal design of radiator is completed.The experimental results show that the multi-design system not only has high heating capacity, but also has low power consumption.
