光面爆破相邻炮孔裂纹扩展模拟

         

摘要

On the basis of blasting theory, the process of crack propagation and evolution of double blasting holes in rock is simulated by means of numerical simulation software, and the mechanism of rock burst failure and crack growth behavior are analyzed. The results show that The feasibility of the model, the parameter and the numerical calculation method is verified. Cracks are first generated in the hole wall, then expand along the hole line and gradually to the center of the line through the heart. Based on theoretical analysis, the reasonable distance between adjacent gun holes is 40~70 cm, and the cracks are better. With the increase of the hole spacing, hole crack through blasting effect is more difficult, more bad. The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical results. This method can provide the basis for the design of actual engineering blasting parameters.%基于爆破理论,借助ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值模拟软件,对岩石中双炮孔爆破裂纹扩展过程进行模拟,进而分析岩石爆破破坏机理和裂纹扩展特点.结果表明:所采用的模型、参数和数值计算方法的可行;孔间裂缝首先在炮孔壁产生,沿炮孔连线扩展并逐渐向连心线中心贯通;结合理论分析,得到了相邻炮孔的合理间距为40~70 cm,孔间裂缝贯通效果较好,随着炮孔间距的增大,孔间裂缝越难贯通,爆破效果越差.数值模拟结果与理论结果吻合较好,这种方法可以为爆破参数设计提供参考.
