厌氧生物滤池-特异性移动床生物膜法对丁腈橡胶废水的处理

     

摘要

根据丁腈橡胶废水的水质特点,采用AF-S/A/SMBBR组合工艺考察水力停留时间(HRT)、溶解氧(DO)、进水氨氮浓度三个影响因素对氨氮去除率的影响.试验结果表明:在水温为18 ~22℃,进水pH为6.5 ~8,氨氮浓度为150 ~ 300./L,系统水力停留时间为10d的操作条件下,出水氨氮浓度稳定在50 mg/L以下,平均去除率高达82.25%.出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)国家二级排放标准.%According to the characteristics of nitrile rubber wastewater quality,using the AF-S/A/SMBBR combined process to investigate the NH4+-N removal effect of this process,and to explore the effects of hydraulic retention time (HRT),dissolved oxygen (DO),influent NH4+-N concentration on NH4+-N removal rate.The results of experiments shows that under the operation condition that the temperature of inflow is 18 ~ 22 DEG,pH is 6.5~ 8,NH4+-N concentration is 150 ~300 mg/L,hydraulic retention time is 10 days,the effluent NH4+-N stabilizes in less than 50 mg/L,the average removal rate is up to 82.25%.The quality of effluent reaches the discharge standard of "integrated wastewater discharge standard" (GB 8978-1996).
